Eden Green Technology is a hydroponic vertical greenhouse AgTech company dedicated to promoting sustainable and profitable urban agriculture. Our award-winning patented technology allows us to partner with commercial growers to produce up to 500 tons of leafy greens annually in as little as an acre and a half. 

 

 Our AgTech Scholarships

For the 2024-2025 school year, we’re offering two awards for aspiring agriculture students to support their education and future careers in our growing industry.

 
 

General AgTech Award: $2,500 

For a student pursuing a career in agriculture, ideally in either AgTech or sustainable agriculture.

Diversity in Agriculture Award: $2,500 

To a student of color pursuing a career in agriculture, ideally in either AgTech or sustainable agriculture.

  • If you’d like to apply for either of these scholarships, you:

    • Must be 17 years of age or older

    • Be an undergraduate or graduate student 

    • Enrolled, either full or part-time, in a US or Canada Ag-focused program at any accredited two or four-year college or university for the 2024-2025 school year.

  • The application period will be open through March 31st, 2024. 

    The recipients will be announced on August 18th, 2024.

  • Eligibility. The Eden Green Technology Scholarship Program is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia or Canada, 17 years of age or older who are enrolled in an agriculture-related program at an accredited college or university or a vocational program relevant to the agriculture industry. Further eligibility requirements for each scholarship are described below. Employees of Eden Green Technology and their immediate families, are not eligible to apply or receive a scholarship. Qualified applicants may apply for multiple scholarships, and past recipients may apply for additional scholarships.

Our greenhouses require no soil, are climate agnostic, and can produce healthy produce year-round in any weather. We use 98% less water and 99% less land than traditional, soil-based farming and 90% less light energy than most vertical farming solutions.
